About this house rental
This home if fully disinfected after every rental. This is a very unique compound. Very private. On a private inlet connecting to the bay. One of a kind . Newly renovated.
Master and one other bedroom is upstairs in the main living area. Four bedrooms downstairs open to the pool area and are very private. There is also a large room over the water with a small bunk room, a trundle bed, a day bed and a kitchenette.
There is also over 1000 sq ft of decking over the water. Perfect to entertain.

Fishing is great most of the year from your own dock and you can even see the fish before catching them with the fishing lights! Five separate living areas are included in this fabulous rental so families can have their privacy.
Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Nine TV's; ; three refrigerators; two ice makers; fenced yard.
This house is by the bay on a private cove. The beach is 1.2 miles across island.
Pool heat is prepaid at $250 for the first two days, $25 per day each additional day. Overages (depending on propane prices) are billed post stay.
There are 2 Kings; 5 queens; 1 double and 4 twin beds (including a day bed, bunk bed, &
trundle Bed.)
There are three separate living areas. 1) Main living area upstairs. Master bedroom with King bed and bath with shower and jacuzzi tub and guest bedroom with queen bed and bath. 2) Living area over water with one small bedroom with a full bed , one large BR with 2 day beds, a trundal and a sleeper sofa with a bath with a shower. area also has a kitchenette. 3) Two bedrooms downstairs which share a bath between them with a shower. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a queen bed. 4) One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bath with a shower, jacuzzi tub. 5) One bedroom downstairs with a queen and private bath.
There are two wet bars within the property. one in living area over water and one by the pool with outdoor kitchen. Each of these bars has a sink and refrigerator.
The newly remodeled pool area boasts a new lighting system with 12 different multiple light settings.
$100.00 non refundable pet deposit. ($250.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if the pet is not declared.)
We now have a home next door for overflow groups. Try out the new Marina Restaurant and Sand Bar located 3 miles from the house. Also Venedos Restaurant.in the neighborhood and Nate's Restaurant just minutes away. The food is great. Also Watermans Restaurant 3 miles away.
RV power hook up available for $50 a day. All trash has to Be in covered bins.no white trade bags located out of the trash bins. any trash bags out of the trash bins have to be in black trash bags. $500 ticket for non compliance passed on to guests
