About this apartment rental
This eighth floor beach front condo is located in the Catalina building, right next door to the Clubhouse. The previous owners updated the unit in late 2013. We would like to invite all of our guests that stayed with us in our unit at the Gulf Shores Plantation to visit our new unit at the Beach Club.
The Beach Club is a beach side village covering a sprawling 87 acres with numerous on-site amenities. It features fun family activities, shopping, nature trails and more. At the Clubhouse you can enjoy the spa, waterfront dining (including outdoor dining) with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean view, a fitness center and a video game room. There are two championship golf courses and a marina a few miles away. In addition, historic Fort Morgan Civil War Fort is just a short drive from the complex. At the Beach Club you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the resort while only being a 15 minute drive from Gulf Shores.
The condo features a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. The kitchen
is fully appointed and there is a washer and dryer room adjoining the kitchen. The kitchen table seats six. The breakfast nook has two chairs. The living area features a 51' HDTV and each bedroom has a 32' HDTV. The living area also has a couch that makes a bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The unit features two large recently renovated bathrooms.

We loved this unit! It was perfect for our needs and we had not one complaint! Communication was great and our hosts are gracious and accommodating. We would rebook again in a heartbeat!

The facility was nice. First impression was bad, I've never rented a condo where the owner has security cameras over the front door and on the balcony. I come for vacation, not to be watched by the owner from home. Also, made me wonder if their were more cameras.... Inside the unit it looked like the painter decided to not finishing paint the bathroom. Hopefully he wasn't paid. The swimming pool lights didn't work and there was trash everywhere around the pool.
