About this house rental
Located on the water in Island Park Cove, you will enjoy expansive water views from almost every window! A three season porch offers a spot for bird watching while enjoying a cup of tea or simply reading a good book. The lanai is perfect for soaking up the sun and warm summer breezes, the view of the Mt. Hope Bridge is a stunning evening. Rain or shine you will be outside enjoying your vacation home. The first floor interior features, granite kitchen with updated appliances, a dining area with an open living area and half bath. Off the living area is an enclosed 3 season porch with wrap around windows with twin day bed to allow another sleeping area. Upstairs you will find 2 relaxing bedrooms with plenty of storage and beautiful water views. The newly finished full bath is spacious, offers a shower/tub and washer and dryer is located here.
Bring your fishing poles, kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy relaxing on the water in Blue Bell Cove. If tanning is your desire, Island Park Beach is just a 5 minute drive with plenty of free parking.
The Mt. Hope Bridge to Bristol, RI is just a mere 8 minute drive. Bristol offers many gift and specialty shops, waterfront casual dining and several pubs and great watering holes. The East Bay Bike Path located here is a 14.5 mile, 10ft wide ribbon of asphalt that provides a safe place for unobstructed cycling, walking or blading. Users can enjoy sights, sounds and smells as the path takes them by coves, marshes, over bridges and through State Parks.
Newport the City by the Sea, is a favored tourist attraction. Points of interest; beautiful historic Mansions on the popular Bellevue Avenue, Cliff Walk, speciality shops, boat tours, beautiful beaches and so much more... just a 20 min ride south.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in this sweet little cottage for a week. It was incredibly relaxing. The views were spectacular. Waking up each morning looking out over the cove was so wonderful. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Coleen is a great host. She was very responsive and took care of all of our needs. We will definitely be back.

We had a great Rhode Island vacation. The house was perfect. Peaceful with spectacular water views and beautiful sunsets. We were close to plenty of things to do in the area. Coleen made herself available if we needed her. I would recommend this home.

This property is simply gorgeous! We had such wonderful mornings reading on the screened-in porch with lovely water views, evenings cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and the house is perfectly located to explore Rhode Island and its beautiful beaches. Colleen also went above and beyond as a host. We were set to visit during a hurricane, and she was extremely communicative and helpful as she helped us navigate the situation. We felt like we were in such great hands, and are definitely going to come back!

My family really enjoyed staying here during a sailing regatta nearby. Coleen was helpful and responsive throughout and was very accomodating to our family.
