About this cabin rental
Enjoy the open concept of our newly constructed(July 2016) cabin nestled in the tall pines of Crystal Mountain's Club Association. Plenty of space to relax by the wood stove or under the covered porch after spending the day out on the slopes, golf course, or Betsie River. Cathedral ceilings, tongue and groove throughout, and modern kitchen provide a lodge and spacious feel. All mattresses and appliances were new when built to assure a great nights sleep and efficiency in the kitchen. Surrounding areas include several opportunities to explore northern Michigan's finest breweries, festivals, beaches, restaurants, rivers, and trails. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City are within 30 miles. Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa also offers ample activities and facilities but are not included in rental fee. Wi-Fi, A/C and Tesla/ universal car charging station in driveway have been added.

We had a really good stay, and would definitely book again. There were a few minor issues (air hockey table did not work, some dirty dishes, etc.), but overall it worked great for our needs. It’s definitely somewhat no frills compared to other (more expensive) homes in the area, but still really nice/well kept, and worked great for a ski trip with family (lots of storage, shuttle to the slopes, a nice modern-cabin feel).

We had a great time. We stayed for 3 nights to go skiing. There were 11 in our group and we had no problems fitting. Skiers drove to the mountain, non skiers walked. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay with plenty of room. Close to Crystal Mountain and all the amenities of Crystal Mountain. Very quiet and peaceful.

The host communicated very well. They were very fast to respond. The house was modern and new. The beds and bedding were VERY uncomfortable. We actually ran to the store and bought pillows and a mattress pad.2 of the 3 showers were luke warm to cold showers.FYI-The king bed is in a loft not in a bedroom. So there wasn’t much privacy there.Other than that the area is beautiful. A short walk to Crystal.
