About this villa rental
Welcome to our home away from home. My wife and I have been vacationing in Hilton Head Island for the last 23 years with our 3 children, and now our grandchildren! We found the Island Club to be very 'family friendly'.
Our Villa is located on the Atlantic Ocean within 1 minute walking distance to the beach. There’s plenty of activities to fill a vacation or if you prefer, a great place to relax and unwind! Our Villa is beautifully decorated and we think you will find it very inviting! Many of our guests return year after year!

Great communication with Tony after bathroom issue was discovered. Excellent location just few steps from the beach!

The condo is beautiful and maintained well. We had two minor complaints….the mattress in the master is like a slab of concrete and the plugs in the master are all linked together…so when you turn the lights out to sleep all the plugs turn off too which is difficult when you need to charge your phone or have a c-pap machine. We had to crawl under the bed to find a plug to use. The walk to the beach is so easy and the property itself is well maintained. The beach is beautiful and never felt overcrowded.

Everything was excellent!

The property itself is clean, well appointed, and up to date. Little details e.g., a screen door to the front door, note that the owner is not an absentee landlord. As a first floor unit with convenient parking, it is "easy in, easy out". Approximately 100 years from your front door is a perfect, quiet, private beach. Umbrella rentals are at the ready and the other guests are friendly and collegial. I love the privacy and security of the property itself. Other necessities e.g., groceries, etc., are close at hand.
