Custom built home by Century Builders. This home was in the 2018 Spring Showcase. We have bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open floor plan on main level with an office. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a balcony overlooking the St. Joe River. The lower level has a bar area as well as two tv areas, full bath and 1 bedroom. The home is 4k sq. feet. In a newly developed community within walking distance to downtown, local restaurants, farmers market and close to Notre Dame.

Cynthia was very nice and helpful. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Our family felt very comfortable there. We will stay again next time we are in town for Notre Dame game.

We highly recommend staying at this home!. We were in South Bend for a graduation and were thrilled to have found this beautiful house just a short 10 min. drive to UND. The home has absolutely everything you need, is beautifully decorated and is very large and comfortable. (It even gave us decorating and renovation ideas for our own homes!) This house made our downtime feel like we were at our own home! The owners also gave us ideas for great local restaurants to try. We are so glad we picked this rental and would pick it again if we're in the area in the future.
