About this house rental
Fantastic single family home just blocks away from Tennyson St arts & shopping district. Enjoy walking for coffee, food, and drinks. Enjoy the day at Berkeley Lake park playing tennis, or simply walking around the lake. In the Summer you are only a short walk away from Lakeside Amusement park where you can ride the Cyclone! Easy access to downtown and the mountains via I-70. The Owner Suite has a king bed and en suite, upstairs bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed and elliptical. The non-conforming 4th bedroom is in the basement has a queen bed and bathroom as well as a weight bench. We'll provide more pictures on request.

We came in to town for an event at Talnua Distillery. Our family gathered. This place is awesome. Not only was it a 5 minute drive to the Distillery, it was in walking distance of a variety of restaurants when the weather was nice. It was also within walking distance to the park, which our Granddaughter LOVED!!

This nice home was very clean, fully stocked with necessities and very comfortable. The owners thought of everything we might need or want to make our stay enjoyable. Located near restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this home!

Great house; location near lake & park with Tennyson shops/restaurants close by was perfect. Owners very helpful & eager to please. We enjoyed the firepit in back yard; great for Covid social distancing! We would definitely stay here again.
