About this house rental
We invite you to come and relax and discover this beautiful region in our wooden chalet.
Our property is located on the Vélodyssée road.
Our house composed of a large living room with bay windows, sea view, an open and equipped kitchen, with a bed for 2 people in a sofa bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
A large terrace allows you to take your meals or laze around as you please.
The raised garden offers shaded or sunny corners.
For arrival and departure time see with our concierge service "the jade key".
Sheets and towels can be rented at "la cle de jade".
Cleaning fee of 25 euros / hour.
a deposit check of 500 euros will be requested upon arrival, it will not be cashed and will be returned to you within 15 days after your departure. In case of damage in the house it will be cashed.
Cleaning deposit of 75 euros (not cashed).
In the absence of checkbooks, the deposits are to be provided in cash in an envelope and will be returned to you after inventory.

Lieu agréable et convivial, nous avons apprécié la proximité de la petite plage… et la fraîcheur du jardin.
Juste un bémol sur la propreté d’où que 3 étoiles : bon nombre de toiles d’araignées et poussières un peu d’asthme ressenti, manquait tapis de sortie de douche, dommage pour la non Wifi mais le temps fût clément et avons pu profité de l’agréable terrasse et son extérieur).
Ne sachant pas qui était en charge du ménage, n’avons nous fait aucun commentaire sur ces sujets lors de la remise des clefs au départ.
Cependant, nous recommandons votre hébergement pour les futurs estivants.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans ce chalet très agréable, idéalement situé et équipé, au calme et ombragé.
Je recommande vraiment cette location !
