The location was perfect for a visit with my son who attends Trinity Univ. The botanical garden is less than 5 minute walk and there were sidewalks for easy and safe walking. Many cafes and stores nearby. Easy highway access. Comfy beds. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed and very convenient and clean. The host was extremely responsive as soon as our reservation was made! Easy communication and gracious would be how I would describe our host.

The trash receptacle is directly outside of the front door and it was but that was not a reflection on the interior of the apartment nor of our hosts. Neighbors were friendly and kids were sweet- playing in street in front of house.

The beds we're amazing, very comfortable. The host was very attentive and courteous.

The location was a bit sketchy but it is close to the country club. We didn't have any issues. The botanical garden is only a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment was very nice, we had everything we needed with ample parking and was close to Fort Sam so very convenient

It was clean and large well stocked

Older building and neighborhood made us hesitate on arrival and we could hear everything from the upstairs neighbors who were exceptionally noisy until the wee hours of the morning every day

Value for money in size and location

The location was excellent for me because I wanted to be in or near Alamo Heights, although the exact street is a bit run-down. The apartment was well-appointed and clean and a good size and certainly felt like value for money in terms of the space.

Two things detracted from our stay. One was the lighting, which made the place feel gloomy - especially as the weather was also overcast. The other was the fact that we could hear the people in the apartment above us. There was the constant noise of footfall overhead, including early morning.

I liked that it was a corner air bnb. And that it stayed cold threw the night.

I think the photos need to be updated on the website. I had to use my hotspot for the tv to work. The Wi-Fi isn’t creditable in the unit. Their where roaches here and their, I also found a random bug In the bed. & they need new pillows and sheets. Their are a lot of things that need to be updated in the unit.

Great place to stay in

The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the Zoo, 10 minutes to Down Town and 25 minutes to Six flags. The kitchen has all tools that you need and the apartment is clean. If I come again to San Antonio I will stay here.

There is one thing must be change which is the check out time. It has to be 11 am instead of 10. I have been in more than 500 hotels and apartments never checked out before 10! Check in time in most places between 11 to 3 and check out time mostly between 11 to 1 pm.

Fully met all our needs. Location was excellent for visiting San Antonio. Apartment was clean, spacious, quiet & comfortable.

Better access instructions would be helpful - in terms of access codes & how to use them, access to keybox & how to lock door. Hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes & towels would be helpful. Inexpensive plastic hangers in closets would be useful.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with great wifi&streaming services

The apartment was very clean. We could park right outside of the door every time. The dog area was covered with rocks, and there were 2 dog-bag stations. This was our first experience with renting an apartment. It sure was nice to have a full kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, baking pans..... Daniel was very responsive, and when he was unavailable, he had a secretary to fill in. 10/10, Daniel!

The price was affordable for the amount of space we needed.

Upon arrival we couldn’t get into the apartment that was designated for us. Called the owner and he put us in another one. It was not the same one in the pictures posted. We walked in to a extremely hot apartment, we dropped the ac down to 68° and still hours later it was still HOT! Luckily for us we brought fans so that helped some. The kitchen didn’t not have any appliances so we had to leave the apartment early for coffee and to feed the kids. Later we found out the renters before us stole everything and cleaning staff failed to mention it to the owner so it wasn’t replaced before we got there. I reserved for the amount and size of beds available and we got one queen room and the other 2 rooms had twins and on top of that one was barely a twin cause my son hardly fit on it. The room my husband and I shared with our daughter had a daybed with trundle. My husband slept on the floor on the trundle mattress and my daughter had to use 2 mattress cots on the floor. Neither one of them fit on the beds because the beds were to small for their tall lengthy bodies. The beds were definitely old because they were so uncomfortable and noisy! We heard every move! We had HORRIBLE nights sleep! We were so disappointed with this place, I was taking my parents to show them that “Airbnb” type places were nice and they would like it because I have used many and they have been fantastic but this one was far from it! It was a terrible experience for all of us. On top of that we didn’t see the botanical gardens? It barely had a back yard and now that I think of it, it didn’t even have a back door?! One entrance and exit? That has to be a fire code violation or something? We will not stay here again and will not recommend this place to anyone. Wish I had taken pictures for proof but renters beware!

Centrally located, but the apartment was not as advertised.

The apartment is very centrally located. It is easy access to the highway and there are a lot of things to do around it.

We could not access cable TV or most streaming platforms. Flies were in the apartment due to the dumpster immediately in front of the door. We also found bugs in the kitchen. It took a long time to get hot water, especially in the evenings. We were left with limited toilet paper and paper towels (one half-used roll of paper towels) and when we requested more, we only got the toilet paper. The towels were worn and ragged, and there was only one hand towel available in each bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and low to the ground, and the couch and chairs were stained. Be aware that college students live in the units above - on a Wednesday they threw a party beginning at 11 pm and going to 4 am.

El alojamiento cuenta con un excelente espacio para un grupo grande como el de nosotros, además que está cerca de los lugares turísticos, y es muy fácil llegar, además la limpieza y el orden me parecieron excelente, lo recomiendo ampliamente, es un hermoso lugar.
