the location was enjoyable and very convenient for food shopping with great cafe's and restaurants and book stores and a fabulous park and museum nearby, though a bit far from the old part of the city.
the rear bathroom toilet was inoperable and the tank overfilled without even having been used. We did not get a key to the back exit. Regardless, it is a great apartment and well decorated and with excellent furniture and kitchen, the shower was great and the host was very kind and his family whom lived nearby were very helpful and really nice people.

Location
Various appliances did not work. The toaster, the coffee machine and the stove all malfunctioned. The landlord did replace the coffee machine on the 3rd day.
The second bedroom is very small with no windows or airflow.

Jorge is a great host, very helpful and accommodating (he provided two sets of keys and gave us the possibility to postpone the check out). The flat is really nice and it feels like staying in the appartment of a relative. It is well located (20 min to the airport, 20 min to the city centre, 20 min to the University of science) and the neighbourhood itself is safe and offers a good selection of restaurant and bars.
the WiFi works perfectly well in the main room but not in the big bedroom (despite the repetiteur in the corridor).

The location was great and exactly what we wanted, close to the Metro and easy to get downtown. Our host, Jorge was very friendly and approachable, if something didn't work he sorted it out quickly and without any fuss.
It could have been alot cleaner, especially the kitchen. The area around the cooker was greasy, the floor didn't feel that clean and it generally needed alot more attention. The rest of the apartment needs to be updated to accommodate holiday goers. Be aware that this apartment is on the third floor and there isn't a lift, carrying suitcases up is a nightmare.
