Quiet street, no problem parking right outside.
Bed was very comfortable. I was in the single bed room.
There was a fan in my bedroom, much appreciated as the weather was hot (5th heatwave this summer).
TV in comfortable lounge.
Toilet / bathroom is downstairs, bedroom upstairs.
Stairs quite steep, light switch was down a few stairs, so glad I had a torch!
Nobody to greet me on arrival, had to get key from keysafe at back of house. Owner not at the house whole time I was there.
No TV in bedroom.

It was quiet, comfortable and clean. It was a simple bedroom but I had use of the kitchen meals and lounge room. Parking right out the front.

Parking was on street, and highly competitive!
We did not feel welcome, so left as soon as we could.
There is another property with the same name, nearby but annoyingly distant, and our map directed us there at first.
