Includes free WiFi and free use of bicycles, fishing gear, beach towels, weekly cleaning and grill. Concierge. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and disposall. Onsite waterfront pool, Jacuzzi, and tiki bar. 10 minutes walk to Naples beach and downtown naples restaurants and shops. Plenty of free parking onsite. You won’t find anything else like this in Naples. Fabulous location. Minimum stay is one week Saturday to Saturday.

The Charter Club is a gem. With just 32 units and high repeat guests, one is fortunate to get in. The location is superb with an 8-10 minute walk to Fifth Ave and also Olde Naples. The bay view by the pool with its sunny Southern exposure is a treat, and with friendly Patricia at the pool snack bar ready to bring you refreshments to your lounge chair, it is a perfect getaway. The only reason I won't encourage you to go here is because that might my lessen my change for a return visit.
