THE POOL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER 2025 AND WINTER 2025-2026 SEASON FOR RENOVATION.

Maximum Occupancy on this unit is 4 Guest.
This 2-bedroom suite features 1000 square feet of living space; one queen and two twin beds (Only Sleeps Max 4 Guests); full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Good place, ok location, nice that’s it’s close to the bus stop but didn’t realize you need two buses to get to the base of Lionshead.. it says it sleeps six, which is inaccurate.. Two twins and a queen does not mean it sleeps six..

My parents, boyfriend, and I enjoyed our stay at the condo during ski season. The couches and dining set are dated but in great condition, very clean, and very comfortable. The manager set up the second bedroom as one king bed instead of two separate twin beds, which was great. The thermostats were disconnected, so the condo was very warm inside, but that's better than it being too cold. There are two outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool, all in great condition. Please note that the location of the condo is incorrect in VRBO (but hopefully will be corrected?) - it is located in the Breakaway West complex NORTH of I-70, whereas the maps in VRBO and the listed walking times indicated that it was south of I-70. If you search for Breakaway West on google maps, you'll see the true location. There's a pedestrian bridge across I-70 by Lionshead, and there are some free busses around.
