Description of the house:
Our small cozy two-storey townhouse offers great views from both terraces and enjoys a prime location near Casares Beach. Here you will find both restaurant, palm trees and sun loungers with parasol. A very nice sandy beach with good parking.
The house contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is completely renovated. From the master bedroom there is direct access to the master bathroom with 2 sinks and tub / shower. There are 2 further bathrooms, one of which also has a bathtub and the other a shower. There is new kitchen and new furniture everywhere. There is air conditioning as well as wi-fi.
From the living room there is a furnished terrace with garden table and 6 chairs and from the large bedroom on the first floor there is a furnished terrace with a small table and 2 chairs.
The house is perfect as a base for exploring the area and the many golfing activities with more than 60 golf courses located along the Costa de Sol.
Description of the area:
Estepona and the beautiful Marina of La Duquesa are just minutes away. In many places, there are many restaurants, bars and activities.
Estepona also has the wonderful SELWO National Park with African animals. There are street markets in Marbella, Estepona, SanPedro, Sabinillas, Sotogrande, San Rogue as well as Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus is also worth a visit with good shopping opportunities of all kinds and Marbella as well as one of Spain's largest shopping malls, La Canada.
In addition, there are some excursion opportunities in the hinterland. Among other things. The Alhambra, a Moorish castle southeast of Granada in Andalucia, as well as Ronda, one of the country's oldest cities and considered the cradle of bullfighting.

Excellent apartment. Good facilities, well appointed and a great location. My only 3 points are:- walk to pool is down many stairs - pool not strictly private- shared by 43 apartments but wasn’t an issue- walk to beach is really too far so need to use carGreat base overall though

Fabulous apartment. Kitchen well stocked. View from the balcony were amazing. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly. It’s a communal pool which was never busy, could of done with pool maintenance as we had to scoop leaves out, kids pool wasn’t in use the pool toilet could of done with a tidy up. Location for us was a bit far out as we didn’t have a car but did get Ubers quite easily .

We had a lovely stay for a week in October. Wunderful views from both balconies. Exactly like the pictures. Nice and clean, shared pool but it was like a private Pool most of the time. Some noise from the road, but only outside.

The house was lovely, very clean and well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the listing says private pool but it was shared with a number of other houses and a few minutes walk from the house. We were not expecting this and had thought the pool was next to the house. There is a dual carriageway very close which was very noisy 24/7 which wasn’t good and wasn’t mentioned on the listing. The patio doors were difficult to lock but to be fair we could have asked for help. Biggest issue was the road noise.
