We have a wonderful convenient three bedroom, two bath condominium. It is the one of the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina! We would love to share it with you! Updates are done often!
Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo! We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.
Accommodations:
Master bedroom - King bed
Second bedroom - Queen bed new
Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (New Double Bed, Single Bed)
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children
In the kitchen I provide oven mitts, coffee maker/Keurig, toaster & kitchen rug.
Towels/sheets are provided for the number of guest you register. Bath mat's for the tub and bath rugs are included. I keep cleaning supplies, but you will need to bring all other paper products, detergents, soaps, and all personal items.
Please note that you will need to read & confirm you have read these instructions, so that you will have a happy landing, without any hiccups!

Our second stay here & won’t be our last. Very clean, well appointed, great location (easy to get in & out) close to everything but quiet & private at the same time. Awesome ocean front view!

The ocean view was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked and we loved the available seating. However, we found a sign on our door the first full day there that stated that the pool would be closed while we were there and that we couldn't use the balcony - and the balcony was the major draw for us. Evidently they were replacing all the balcony railings. We tracked down the construction workers and talked with them and they said there would be certain times of the day we needed to stay off the balcony because of debris falling, but they would tell us when that would be. They were very good about that. But Tuesday afternoon they stopped by to say they were starting on our balcony the next day. I asked if they could please wait until Thursday morning at 10:00, which is when we had to check out. They did wait until Thursday, but knocked on our door at 9:15 and said they were starting then. So we lost 45 minutes of our porch time (we had been out there enjoying the beautiful day despite the noise of power saws). So it was not a perfect time to stay here.
