This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.
(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

As advertised, but there are some maintenance issues that need addressed. Missing screen door for deck, several electrical plug in’s not working, front door wouldn’t shut unless slammed, and hair dryer non functional. It addition, the smoke alarm in living room/kitchen flashing red so not sure if functional or not. The property management very responsive when asked about possibility of new blender as the one there was missing key piece. It was comfortable and met our needs, but others need to be aware it’s “worn around the edges”.

The location and room were beyond perfect for the price paid. the only reason I gave check-in a 4 star was because the location to pick up the keycards wasn't on site making it a very slight inconvenience.

We had a great time at Keystone staying in the lovely Silver Mills condo. Two issues I wish had been better: there were no towels at the hot tubs; and, the two small bars of soap (one hand, one body) were not enough for two people staying four nights.

This River Run condo has a nice floor plan with a great kitchen and bath. However, the bedding is old and a bit stinky. The couch seats are worn out and uncomfortable.
