One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

We were within walking distance to poi pu beach, with beach equipment rentals and restaurants as well. Our condo was equipped with everything we would need, except for boogie boards and snorkel gear. But you could rent them right down the street

This condo is at a great location, walking distance to the beach. It has a nice view of the ocean. It is very spacious for four people and nice amenities. The beds are comfortable and clean. However, the unit does need some upgrades. There were big stains on the carpet, one of the sink drains is all rusted, all the clothes washed in the washer came out with a very strong unpleasant smell, all the sofa and chair cushions are very old, rough, and uncomfortable, and the lights are very dim so it is quite dark inside. With some updates, this would be a very nice place to stay by the beach.
