Due to personal liability we DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive the courtesy golf cart under any circumstances! We do not allow gatherings or parties at our homes. We have a maximum of 6 guests. And we do not allow animals or smoking
We do NOT allow pets or animals of any type. This is for allergy purposes and there are No exceptions.
Located at V-16 Crane Drive, Oceanlakes Family Campground Section V. This beautiful home is privately owned and maintained featuring all modern amenities. This home is located on a dead end street which offers added saftey for you and your children. Great for riding bikes and playing ball.
This home offers Three bedrooms, two full baths, TV/DVD in each room (living room and all 3 bedrooms) new furnishings, custom paint, beautiful comforters in all rooms, bamboo hardwood floors throughout the home, custom blinds, window treatments and stackable washer and dryer for your use.
The gourmet kitchen offers 42“ custom stained maple cabinets for additional storage.
New Granite countertops and Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel appliances. (refrigerator with filtered ice and water in the door, dishwasher, smooth top range and over the range microwave), Keurig coffee maker with filter cup so you use k-cups or your own coffee. Also provided are Calphlon pots and pans,toaster, blender, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, crock-pot, can opener, all necessary cooking utensils, service for eight includes plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc.
You must provide your own linens, paper products, kitchen condiments, soaps, and detergents.
Extra large covered front porch with latched gate,2 chaise loungers, patio table with seating for 6,and brand new Weber gas grill located below.
Additional covered space located downstairs with new relaxation area and walls surrounding it and a TV. New ceiling fans, large private outdoor shower with hand held that has hot and cold water. Covered parking available for up to two vehicles. *We do not allow trailers to be stored at the home, they must be parked in the trailer storage area (additional fees do apply)
This home offers you every luxury you deserve while on vacation. Not only is this home beautifully maintained it is family friendly! We provide 4 bikes (2 adult and 2 mid-size), we have corn hole boards, basketball, football, hula hoops, beach toys, 2 beach chairs. These are Items you don't have to pack for your trip. Ocean Lakes Family Campground offers beach access, indoor and an outdoor pool, magnificent new water park, playground, two snack bars, basketball courts, minature golf, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, arcade, grocery store, 24 hour security and wireless internet connection within the camp. ground and at the Meet-n-Eat.
This is a family oriented home. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home and remain at the home throughout the entire stay. We also have a cleaning fee of $200 that is paid outside of Vrbo

We had a great week at this beautiful home. My family had plenty of room and the kitchen was fantastic. It was fully stocked with anything you might need. My son spent so much time playing the ring toss game downstairs and now we will be getting him his own. The corn hole boards was another nightly form of entertainment for the older crowd. Christina was always available to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this home for a nice family vacation.

This is one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed at in Ocean Lakes. If your looking for a luxury place to stay with all the extras this is the place to stay!

This was our 10th stay at Ocean Lakes and we’ve always had an amazing time except for this one. The property was clean and well appointed with nice amenities but you need to be prepared to be watched by the owner e.g. we drove their golf cart to the beach and parked and locked it with the provided lock. Within 15 minutes of our arrival we got a text from the owner indicating that they noticed we had not locked the cart. I had to walk back to the cart snap a pic and send it to the owner proving we had locked it— it wasn’t the way they “normally” do it. The rules are many which makes the home clean and orderly but truly a hassle for example: on the deck, there is a great picnic area but you are not allowed to eat at it nor use any sunscreens etc which make it basically unusable. The neighbors even questioned why we didn’t sit at the table - we explained and if we wanted to eat outside we had to take our food down the long flight of stairs to eat under the house- not easy with children in tow. Two different neighbors offered the homes they were staying in, the owners numbers for us to rent in the future - we learned that many previous renters had done this due to the stringent rule requests ( posted EVERYWHERE). This is a nice quiet street but this home is not worth the headache for the very pricey rental fees- we were so tired of it that we decided to leave a night early— there are too many other nice options on this street.
