The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people. The outdoor dining table can seat 6 with 4 around the expansive kitchen countertop. The large, comfy sleeper sectional and chair are perfect for lounging, watching a movie or the big game, or just relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect place to hang out together, playing games, listen to music on the sound-bar, or relax with a movie from.
The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.
The downstairs lanai, the pool area, is where the fun begins and ends each day. Enjoy an early morning dip in the pool, or soothe your sore muscles after a day snorkelling, paddle boarding or hiking, or for celebrating that win at tennis or golf. Enjoy the sound of the chirping birds, the splish-splash of the grandchildren in the pool, or the laughter of friends relaxing on the lanai.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

We were pleasantly surprised to find the house completely stocked with plenty of beach gear including chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. The kitchen had all of the appliances we could’ve wanted and there was plenty of extra bedding. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and everything we could’ve wanted. Highly recommend this as a rental.

My family had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. The location is convenient and the activities available through the rental property are fantastic. My children, 5 and 8 years old, took full advantage of the house pool and hot tub, as well as the community pool which was just a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the access to the private beach, Mauna Lani beach club and also made use of the complimentary Hilton Waikoloa resort. The house itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was a nice house but a bit expansive and the pool always had a hose in it for cleaning so we rarely went in. When we needed a door fixed, towels and washcloths we were not even prioritized just forgotten. Too bad there weren’t as eager to help when we needed them as they were to get us out.
