The unit is a fully updated with it's own private entrance and an attached 2 car garage. The 2br/2ba split bedroom layout offers granite c'tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 balconies, 3 flat screen TV's, pool, and 2 hot tubs. The monthly rental fee covers a $150 credit toward gas and electric - all other utilities are covered. A short jaunt away are 2 championship Grayhawk golf courses (Talon & Raptor - Phil Mickelson is the ambassador), grocery, Starbucks coffee shop, and several fantastic restaurants/bars.

Clean and nicely furnished unit in quiet neighborhood. Small but adequate gym, two nice spas and a pool. Location next to Greyhawk golf in North Scottsdale with stores and restaurants within a mile and plenty more just a little farther away.

One of the things I like least about staying in condo developments, is a lack of privacy. Not so here! If you choose not to schmooze with your neighbors, then you never have to, but if on the other hand you're looking to be more interactive with the community, a literal one minute walk to the gym and pool will provide you with that. The condo itself is pleasantly decorated and lacks nothing! Kitchen is well equipped and master bedroom, king mattress is one of the comfiest I've ever slept on. Sunsets from two different balconies are a perfect way to wind down a busy day of Scottsdale fun. All of this, along with effortless communication with the owner means I'll definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Micah is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo is in an attractive, nicely-located complex, with grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking nearby. It’s a clean, comfortable unit, with soft sheets, comfy throws, and all the necessities, a well-appointed kitchen including a refrigerator with in-door ice/filtered water, and a fabulous washer/dryer in a closeted area (quiet!). We loved the corner unit, with balconies facing the morning sun. The on-premise pool, jacuzzi, and workout room with weights and exercise machines are fabulous. We hope to stay again!

Nothing negative to say: we loved the place. It was clean,spacious and beautiful.We stayed over Christmas during the coldest week of winter.Everything we needed was there: laundry ,kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with neccessities. Checking in and out was smooth. Double garage a bonus to store bikes. Lovely area and quiet community .Unfortunately it was too chilly to utilize the pool. The cold white wine and cheese in fridge and coffee and cream was deeply appreciated on arrival! Scottsdale area is gorgeous - the townhouse is close to many great shops and restaurants as well as the wonderful Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve which we explored on bikes. We absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.Thank you Micah. Liesl and Hendrik from Alberta ,Canada.
