Located mere steps from Dillon Lake, this condo is within walking distance of pubs and restaurants, as well as Dillon Marina and Amphitheater. In-town convenience is also made easy, so you'll be able to grocery shop when needed, and slope access is a short drive or bus ride away. Park in the two-car assigned covered parking and take the elevator up to your home away from home.
This condo's interior is cozy and comfortable, and the living area is an ideal spot for resting and relaxing. This condo was perfect for our ski vacation. It was only about a twenty minute drive from Loveland Ski Area, and thirty minutes from Breckenridge. A cozy home for settling down in after a long day out on the slopes. 100% would love to stay here again next time we make our way out into the Rockies!

As advertised. Clean and functional. Easy to get to. Did not use the hot tub area. Kitchen was pretty sparse so if you plan to cook, I recommend scouting the kitchen before shopping and making plans on what to make.

The condo is nicely located within walking distance of Lake Dillon and has nice views of the mountains and the lake. The unit is spacious with lots of amenities. Other not so appealing parts of our stay were that many dishes has to be washed due to visible food stains on them, the ceiling doesn’t dampen sound, you can hear almost everything from the upstairs unit, and all of the furniture and decor is very old and dated. Would not stay here again.
