My husband and I spent a wonderful week in the unit with our adult daughter and our elderly mother's. It was perfect. No stairs, close to parking. Loved every minute of our stay. I received the best service from the time I booked our stay, arrived in our unit, and checked out. Alii resorts is a first class operation and I am so glad I used them to book this unit. Looking forward to when we can come a visit again.

Beautiful condo, good location in Wailea, clean and well stocked. Roomy for four adults. Beautiful lanai for viewing sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I am a mom and stayed in Elua #307 with my 13 and 9 year olds and my parents for 9 nights in May 2022. We enjoyed the set back view on the lanai(but you are looking over buildings in front of you and it’s a bit of a walk down to the beach). The upper pool was closer and cleaner than the lower which had bugs and debris in it. We discovered the hard way by security watching us on cameras and then showing up to tell us that no floaties or toy of any kind are allowed in any pool on property! I picked this place for the kids to play in the pool and bought fun floaties and toys that never got used, sad. We arrived at 11pm due to a delayed flight to find one bed not even made and had to unpack and make it exhausted late at night. The ad said sleeps 5, however there’s a king in one room and two twins or king in the other. I called in advance to find out if perhaps there was a sofa bed or air mattress for the 5th person and was told no. I asked why it says sleeps 5, which is misleading, and was told you have to pay for a rollaway so I did. We arrive and discover I was right, there was a twin size folded pad AND an air bed in the closet! The unneeded, unmade rollaway mattress was thin & the springs extremely slack and uncomfortable so for the very expensive price of almost a grand a night I had the worst night of sleep. The next morning they called to do their first morning initial check in to make sure everything was ok, so I complained. They honored it and refunded me for the rollaway. They need better communication and understanding of what’s in the unit and the listing should be updated. The unit is not updated but seems more like 20 years outdated and has wooden window shutters not glass panes which lets the noise in from outside. The kitchen counters had some food and dirt behind the appliances and we found two cockroaches despite my meticulous cleaning and food and trash storage . The blender leaked liquid out the seal so I ended up not being able to use the drink items we bought for smoothies. There was no Salt&Pepper as stated so we had to ask for it. The AC in the twin room was loud and freezing with no way to fully close the register so we had to cover it with something, as it was too hard to regulate temp at night to keep everyone comfortable with us too cold & the master too hot if we wanted to turn the AC down. We ran out of TP and were asked if we could wait two days till our maid service, Um no! 1 plus is we were granted a late check out.
