This contemporary home is fully furnished and and ready for You, and in reality much better, than in pictures. You will be very happy, wen you see it.
You think you can't afford luxury of Ritz Carlton? Well, this home can boast that it's beauty and design can successfully compete with Ritz. Exquisite furniture, crystal chandeliers, marble tile , very unusual for Vacation Rental home gorgeous kitchen with top of the line Samsung appliances, comfortable layout.. 55' Samsung TV , Artist art work.....Look at the pictures and in reality it is a thousand times better. The location is perfect-close to downtown, all major Sarasota shopping destinations and high end restaurants are within 2-5 minutes drive. Airport is round the 'corner' and so is Ringling museum and theaters. Minutes from Siesta beaches 10 -15 minutes drive. I am sure there are tons of golf courses in the area. Very famous designers were working with the owner to make this home not just vacation rental, but a masterpiece Oasis.

We LOVED our stay here! Alla is absolutely wonderful. Very responsive and communication was easy. This home was very comfortable and had everything that we needed, and more. Great space and fantastic location, super convenient to everything. We had such a perfect stay that it was hard to leave. Highly recommend everything about this property and its owner!

Alla's home is completely redecorated, clean and comfortable and included all the essentials need to make our stay comfortable. House layout flows well. beds were comfortable. While the ice maker wasn't working, a bag of ice from the close by Publix was an easy fix. The neighborhood was in a well kept area. A car is a necessity in the area. Shopping very nearby. Master bath could use brighter lighting and perhaps more towel/facecloth sets.

The house was more than what we expected! It really IS like the RITZ Carlton- elegant, delightful and spacious. It more than suited our needs (we had our two small dogs with us) and the location is very central for all activities. And not far from awesome Lido beach and St. Armands circle. And the sunsets at the beach, patio restaurants... There are many awesome golf courses in the area and the shopping is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The house has great ambiance and the artwork is beautiful. The home is spotless from top to bottom and the property is very well maintained. The owner was very helpful with any questions before and during our stay. We were so impressed with the property that we have booked it again for next year

The house has lovely but I wouldn't rent a home that was lived in by the owner ever again. Of course the owner was not there during my stay, but her stuff was scattered throughput the house. The closets had her clothing hanging in a portion of them. I couldn't use the garage to park my care cause her car was parked in the middle of it. I had to store my refrigerated goods amongst hers. There was no place for me to store non-perishables. The backyard had many bare spots. No one came to service the hot tub during my entire two month rental. No one came to cut the grass until I finally paid someone who was cutting the neighbors yard to come and cut Alissa's yard as well.
