Located literally steps from shops and restaurants. 2 doors down from the Historical Museum.

The house is spacious, with 5 individual bedrooms, including (1) King, (3) Queens, (1) Full and a set of twin bunk beds. Could easily accommodate several families or 5 couples!
Spacious kitchen and eating area, new appliances and everything you need is already there-- just bring groceries.
The open floor plan allows for an easy flow from kitchen, to dining and living area.
Features include large wrap around front porch overlooking Main Street. Plenty of outdoor seating including a BBQ gas grill and bikes for our seasonal renters.
Located only 10 minutes from two of Northern Michigan's great ski resorts, Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob, and only minutes from Lake Michigan and the gorgeous beaches of Harbor Springs and Petoskey.
Lastly, there is parking for 4 vehicles on the premises and street parking available.

Clean and beautiful house in a great location within walking distance to downtown HS. We also appreciated the excellent mattresses and plenty of kitchen supplies.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Harbor Springs with a group of 9 adults and kids! The house had plenty of space for everyone and the basics that we needed.
The fall colors were gorgeous and Pond Hill Farm is always fun too!
