About this bed and breakfast

Spacious 800 square foot studio with full kitchen and Viking appliances, adjoining pingpong room (kitchen great room concept). Lower level walks out to saline pool, swimming during season available. Small private gathering use can be scheduled. 5 hours total, 1 hour set up, 3 hours gathering, 1 hour clean up. Quiet hours apply after 9:00PM. Outdoor Gas Grill available for use. We are not currently hosting overnight stays.

Party decorations, only air balloons and not in the pool (destroys the filters). No glitter or small objects of any kind. No drunken disorderly behavior.

We have a separate Hot Tub, it's use is not included or permitted for gatherings.

We are walking distance to several restaurants, and a short 7 minute drive to Avalon (Alpharetta's recent upscale shopping experience) and North Point Malls. Also very close is Top Golf, Main Event and several movie theaters, Fresh Market, Public and Kroger.

Since Covid, our pool has been closed. We rented this house for the day and enjoy the outside activities with the pool and cooking out. Not a detail was left out! The place was fantastic! We will definitely rent this property again.
