Rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY (flexible in off peak periods) and limited by KCB law to FOUR persons, including infants. Other check in/out days could be arranged but could impact the rate. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is by 10 AM. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the condo and on the balcony, and is permitted only in designated areas on the Sea Isle grounds. We do not allow fish cleaning in the condo. No pets are allowed. Thank you for considering us, You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing vacation. This unit was perfectly situated on the property, just steps from the pool and beach. Owners were extremely helpful and super prompt at answering questions. I’d leave 6 stars if I could.

The condo was very nice and clean. Very conveniently located and the pool was wonderful. The only down fall was there was a open pipe on the beach with gray water running out into the ocean. So we stayed at the pool most days for that reason. I would rent again but do hope they fix the pipe issue. Over all it was very nice and VERY kid friendly witch was huge for us.
