This 2nd floor Casa De Emdeko 2 bedroom condo is an extremely spacious property with a spectacular ocean view. Just recently been put back into Vacation Rental!! We're proud to have this great condo back in our inventory!
A great King sized bed in the master, and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. Enjoy a VERY spacious property that's clean, well appointed, and ready for your perfect Vacation! It has everything you need! Oceanview, AC, Elevators, 2 pools, BBQ area, and VERY well maintained grounds.
Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.
*Casa will be replacing the chiller the week of 9/23/24 - 9/27/24.
Unfortunately, there will be no air conditioning at the residential or commercial buildings for five days because the chiller system will be turned off for repairs.*

Beautiful place to stay. Parking was a little hard. Small parking lot. Several spaces were used for other cars that had covers as if they were being stored there. We had to park outside the gated area because no spaces available at night. We stayed for 9 days. There was hot water issues 7 of the 9 days. However the owners were understanding and credited us a few days back.

Thank you for such a lovely stay in this property. We got an email on arrival day with codes for the gate and condo. The condo was fresh and clean when we arrived, and had cleaning essentials under the sink which was handy.
The two bedrooms were perfect for us as a family, my initial concern was that the second bedroom was right next to the front door but once we realised we could lock the gate and the door, I felt much safer. Having two bathrooms was also useful too. The lanai was great and felt private with the trees growing around it. I enjoyed the day bed too for reading.
The site was really quiet and we were often the only ones in the pools when we went down. The communal areas were great for when you needed to chill and the bbq area looked great for bigger groups.
We found the location good with shops, beaches and Kona town all within a short drive. We also drove over to Hilo one day too. You can also head to the beach area to watch the sunset which was lovely.
The property is well equipped with everything you'd need, even snorkels and boards for the beach if you wanted. The only thing that would have been useful is a vacuum (especially with small kids and sand from the beach!!) but we managed with the sweeping brush.
This property was exactly as described and great value, we were very impressed. Thank you.

Excellent stay in Casa de Emdeko, would’ve loved to stay longer. The salt water pool, sunset views, nice bbq area and terrace are a treat.The appartment was perfect for us as a couple and my daughter. Thank you for your hospitality and efficiency team Knutson.

Location great, complex great. The unit not so much. The lanai furniture was rusty, the table top loose. The tap in the master bath barely dribbled. The fan in the master rattled. The second bedroom had no curtain so there was no way to darken the room at night. Except for 3 wine glasses, all the rest were plastic.
