About this apartment rental
Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1st floor condo in oceanfront building in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The balcony overlooks the pool and offers views of the ocean. Lounge chairs are available by the pool. Windy village also has a sun deck, outdoor shower, and charcoal grills. Parking is available for up to 2 cars per unit, with some parking available under the building. The condo features a newly remodeled kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets. All flooring has been recently replaced. (There is no carpeting.) There is an in unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are flat screen tv’s in both bedrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a TV. Cable service and free wi-fi are included.
Local attractions include restaurant row, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, water parks, the Sea Aquarium, Alabama Theater and all that Myrtle and North Myrtle have to offer. Hamburger Joes is within walking distance.
This is a great unit for those looking to stay directly on the beach and those looking for a shorter stay. We welcome arrivals and departures any day of the week, even during peak season.
This unit is on the first floor but STAIRS ARE REQUIRED. THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. Our unit sits on the SIDE of an oceanfront building. Balcony offers unobstructed ocean views as seen in photos. We rent to responsible adults 25 years and older only. The 25 or older renter must be on sire during entire stay. No exceptions. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and pets are not permitted.
You are welcome to bring your own linens if you prefer. Free owner included linens consist of sheets for king bed and 2 twin beds and bath towels for up to 6 guests. Linens are NOT included for the sofa bed. If you intend to use the pull out, you will need to bring sheets for it. We recommend that you bring beach towels. Guests supply own soaps (dish, laundry, bath) and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, etc). $49 property fee is an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver.

We stayed 7 days and loved being so close to everything, ocean, food, shopping, etc. we were disappointed to find that the cleanliness wasn’t the best. I swept right away and even found a pair of women’s panties under the dresser. We opened the couch to put our sheets on and it was full of crumbs. We also saw some roach bugs run under the refrigerator and across the floor and found 2 in the tub.
With this all being said I just wanted you to be aware of who is cleaning ( or not cleaning).
Your place was perfect for our family and very cute.
