Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the newly built residential park in Kellenhusen am Kirschgarten. The apartment is located a few 100 meters from the beach.
Enjoy here on 73 m² a relaxed break, which leaves nothing to be desired.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
150, - € deposit are due in advance.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee from your property manager.
The spa tax you pay in advance by bank transfer to us.
A spacious living area with open living and dining area invites you to a cozy get-together after a soothing sauna stay. A free outdoor parking space with a charging facility for e-cars is available in front of the property.

Wir verreisten mit unserem 4-jährigen Enkel. Die Wohnung war super. Die Lage sehr ruhig, trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und Strand.
Sehr empfehlenswert, immer wieder.

Die FEWO war sehr schön aber
Im Backofen war ein altes benutztes Backpapier mit Pizzaresten
Im Küchenschrank nicht sauberes Geschirr ( Essensreste )
Hauptbett sehr stark durchgelegene Matratze rechte Seite
Sonst eine schöne Wohnung

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Sauna ist toll gerade jetzt wo es draußen kälter wird. Leider konnte der Ofen nicht genutzt werden da die Asche Kassette fehlte was wir dem Vermieter gemeldet haben.
Der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt da der Fußboden bei Ankunft in der gesamten Wohnung weder gesaugt noch gewischt wurde. Wir haben es gemeldet und es kam nochmal jemand. Trotzdem muss hier zukünftig mehr drauf geachtet werden das auch der Boden sauber ist. Die Wollmäuse hinter den Türen und unter den Betten freuen sich auf zeitnahe Reinigung 😉.

Die Wohnung liegt relativ gelegen Richtung Südstrand.
Sie befindet sich in einem Neubau und ist top modern eingerichtet.
Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 min. zum Strand.
Es gibt zudem einen geräumigen Fahrrad-/Abstellschuppen. Sauna ist auch toll.
Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir erstmal einen Schock.
Das einzige was halbwegs vernünftig geputzt war, war das Waschbecken und die Dusche im Bad.
Der Boden war nicht gewischt, Krümel vom Vorgänger. Besonders "nett", wenn man Krabbelkinder hat.
Die Küche bestand aus Fingerabdrücken und Schmutz der Vor-(Vor-?Vor-?)Mieter. Es gab einen Versuch die Kanten der Dunstabzugshaube mit Eckschonern zu bekleben. Naja, man muss kein Ingenieur sein, damit man weiß, dass diese bei Hitze/Dampf irgendwann abfallen.
Am schlimmsten war leider die Toilettenbürste, die muss aus einer alten Wohnung mitgebracht worden sein.
Wenn die Sauberkeit noch in Ordnung gebracht wird, ist die Wohnung herausragend gut.
Es ist eine Frechheit, dass die Leistung "Endreinigung" überhaupt berechnet wird.
