The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. You will love the house at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere and even a bit of fishing off the dock or swimming in the private pool (May-September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and especially families with children. Guests use the entire house and the pool is exclusive for the guests and just steps from the screened in porch. Clearwater Lake is private and very quiet. If you love peaceful walks, you will love it here! Imagine fishing right off the dock, with no fishing license required. Just bring your favorite fishing pole. And. . . the sunsets are spectacular! We had a great stay. The outside had been winterized so no pool, fire pit or outdoor grill. The house is very nice and lots of room. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped except the dishwasher we did not trust for cleaning. The control panel did not work except for the start button so we had no idea what it was doing. The gas grill was unusable because the gas burners were rusted out. Livingroom and screened in porch were very nice. Great view of the lake in back. We would stay again but only if the pool is open. Host were very nice and communication excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were great views of the lake from the dining and living spaces as well as the screened in porch. The pool was an excellent entertainment area and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful and relaxing. The pool was wonderful and there was a very nice screened in porch overlooking the lake. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. The owners were quick to respond to messages. There was some storms that messed up the AC and it was quickly fixed. Would highly recommend.

This was my 4th time staying at the lake house and I absolutely love it. The cool nights in the fall, having the pool in the summer... just the best. The owners are friendly and helpful, 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!
