4 Lands End is a completely remodeled New England style 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex located in the South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines offering great water views of Braddock Cove.
This home has beautiful light hardwood floors and an open floor plan in the living room, dining room and kitchen with great views of Braddock Cove. The living room has a sectional sofa, swivel armchair with footrest and white leather accent chair. The book shelves are full of books, puzzles and games for family entertainment on a rainy day. The 58” TV is mounted over the electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white and gray granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and two leather stools at the countertop. There is more seating at the wood dining room table with two chairs and two bench seats. The built-in hutch has all your plates, glasses and coffee station.
Off the living and dining area is a relaxing sunroom with beautiful views of the cove. There is a bar height table that seats four and grey loveseat that is perfect for relaxing. The outside deck has bench seating, two Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table that seats six. There is also a Weber gas grill for dining outside.
Back inside to the right of the entrance in the hall is a bathroom with gorgeous gray tiled floors, a single vanity with granite countertop and a walk-in shower with three shower heads (rain shower, regular and hand-held). The first bedroom is down this hall. It has a king size bed, a large closet and a mounted 50” Samsung TV.
At the top of the stairs is the full size washer and dryer. To the right is another bedroom with a king size bed, large closet, 32” TV and views of the marsh and cove. This room has a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower with three shower heads just like the one downstairs. To the left of the stairs is the final bedroom with two twin beds, a large closet and a 32” TV. The ensuite bath has a single vanity with a tub/shower combination.
Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, community pool and South Beach Marina Village for shopping, restaurants, boating and fishing activities, makes this an ideal location for your family vacation.

It was a very clean and nice place to stay. We had a great time, very relaxing. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Salty Dog cafe.

Loved the location and layout of the house. Had everything we needed. House is definitely in need of some updating. New carpets and fresh paint would make this perfect!

The property was exactly like it was purported to be. Only problem we had was when we first walked in the place was a mess - it had not been cleaned. Contacted the main office said we were going to dinner while they got the property cleaned
Upon return the place was cleaned and all was fine from then on

We had a great weekend at this property. The views are amazing and in walking distance to Salty Dog.
