Owasco Lake Vacation rental for 1- 2 Guests ! Sleeps 2 maximum.
We both have been vaccinated. There is no need to interact during your stay-Self check-in. If you want more details before booking, just ask. We always do our best to help. Our reviews help tell the story. We are close to a 5 rating and have over 130 reviews. We are always looking for improvements to the Rental. We are making outdoor cosmetic repairs and parking area upgrades. This should not impact your stay. Hope you don't think the contactless check in , makes us unwelcoming 🙂. Unique Space! Located on the east side of Owasco Lake. GREAT views of the Lake and Sunsets. One Bedroom Queen bed with Bathroom and fully furnished Kitchen. Private entrance, this is a dedicated space on the second level [13 steps] of our Home. We respect your privacy. We only interact as YOU wish. We can say Hello or help with area info, whatever you wish.
STEPS to the Lake, yes you must be willing to walk to and from the Lake if you want to enjoy the water close-up.. This space is not for everyone. It takes some effort to go to and from the beach area with the steps. Nice dock on the lake front, great for boating have 4- Kayaks for your enjoyment, swimming and more lake use activities. I have 14’ aluminum boat and a canoe also for your use. Fire pit for your evening enjoyment, Yes -I have wood for you.
All new construction, One New Queen bed. Kitchen is ready to go, just bring some food. We supply coffee for our new coffee maker. Deck and Gas Grill for your use. In the unit you will find hand soap, kitchen/bath paper products, nice clean linens, and towels for your stay. All your other needs are just a few miles away-10 miles from Skaneateles and Auburn, 7 miles from Moravia and Fillmore Glen State park. 40 minutes from Syracuse, Waterloo outlet mall and Seneca Falls new Casino. Wine trails within a 40 min. drive in many directions. Many Golf Courses in the area. Off road biking nearby. Montezuma wildlife refuge 20 miles away, Birding, Hiking. Just Ask. As long as you are physically able to manage the steps (that the owner includes in the listing) this is an absolutely wonderful couple retreat place. The hosts were very friendly [including their 2 dogs :-)] and helpful, the view across the lake is gorgeous, everything was clean and neat and included all that we needed (or asked for in one case), was great to have the kayaks available to go out on the lake. The upstairs quite over the hosts' house was private. We used it as a place to stay while we celebrated Sandy's 73rd birthday and visited the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge - about 30 min away but the accommodations here were much more to our liking than any others we saw - The listing caught our eye as matching what we were looking for and it SURE DID.

Beautiful little suite on the lake. Check in was seamless. We were out and about and had little interaction with owners but they were there when we checked in and were very gracious.

Perfect. Rod and Carmella were great hosts. The unit was clean, cozy, and very comfortable with wonderful views of the lake. Amazing sunsets every evening. Easy 15-20 min drive to skaneateles. The walk to the lake/dock def requires some effort but easy enough for anyone in moderately good shape. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
