Hervorragende Lage für alle Aktivitäten, Wohnung großzügig dimensioniert.
Eine sehr schöne Terrasse, ( Wohnung Nr: 2 ) leider sehr unruhig durch Lieferverkehr, An.-u. Abfahrt für Schlüsselübergabe. Morgens Putzkolonnen. Das kann man nicht ändern !! Aber eine einfache Maßnahme ( z.B. Rankgitter mit Pflanzkübel ) aufgestellt auf der Terrasse wäre zumindest ein Sichtschutz. Eine Bepflanzung von Sträuchern zur Einfahrt hin wäre ideal.

Die Villa la Mora befindet sich in attraktiver und schöner Lage mitten in Heringsdorf. Das Haus erinnert an die Bäderarchitektur und ist umgeben von attraktiven anderen Villen.
Die Küche war für eine fünfköpfige Familie, nicht optimal ausgestattet.
