The location was only 5 mins walk away from the Ao Nang Beach. All the services like boats, mororbike rent shops, souvenir shops, massage parlors were nearby. The common area was pretty good to spend time and eat in the Cafe. Enough showers and toilets in the common bathroom
The room itself wasn't very clean, it had some dirt and sticky stuff on the floor. There were some mosquitoes in the evening. The bathroom had floor damage and there wasn't enough space to dry my clothes

Friendly and helpful staff, right next to the 7-11 and location not too far from Ao Nang Beach. A lot of information about tours and nearby sights was available. We had an early pick up on the day of departure and we could check out the evening before.
There is space in the bathroom to hang your clothes to dry.
The rooms could have been cleaner, the lockers under the bed were very dusty, which made anything you put in there dusty as well.

In total my stay was fine. I liked the community area upstairs with Mountain View. The bathrooms were nice and cleaned two times a day I guess.
You don’t have a shelf or something else at your bed, so there was no opportunity to put your phone or book or anything somewhere during the night. This caused that the person above me dropped his phone in the middle of the night onto my pillow. Also the curtains at the beds do literally nothing. The beds are next to each other and you could sea through. So little little privacy. Also the storage for backpacks are for upper and lower bed under the lower bed. So you wake up every time the ones from upper bed need something from their storage.
