Featuring three bedrooms on the upper level, including the Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom, and kids bunk room, you'll rest easy after a fun day on the slopes & trails in Winter Park.
Bring a car to park in the one-car heated garage and keep all your ski & bike gear warm in there as well. Just steps away are the slopes & trails of the Winter Park Resort so you can easily come home for lunch or to grab something you forgot. The condo is nice and we had a great stay. Just needed a coffee for our second day. -Had to call for the correct door code, but mgmt provided that quickly and we got in. Our group of 6 felt comfortable and location is great.

We really enjoyed our stay at base loft 104. The space was just right, and having two floors makes it feel much more spacious than just a 3BR all on one floor. The garage made it easy to unload, bring in groceries, etc. The kitchen could use some new non-stick pots and pans, as they have been used heavily, but the WP Lodging staff promptly brought us a new blender when we notified them it was broken upon arrival. Great communication with the team. All in all, we loved our stay here.

Fantastic location in the middle of the village. The detached single car garage was a great amenity. 2-story unit was very comfortable and the fireplace was a great touch when lounging in the living room / kitchen. Communication with management company was excellent. Only 'negative' comment is the unit is located immediately adjacent to the stairs of the parking garage so you do hear skiers coming up and down the stairs in ski boots pretty easily...we did use sound machines when sleeping (or sleeping in) and this worked well to drown out any outside noises.

Nice place, beautiful scenery, very convenient to shops and restaurants. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable/hard for our liking, and with the unit being next too the stairs, it was very noisy from outside pedestrian traffic. The hot water heater made awful noises at night making it difficult for the sofa sleepers to get a good night's rest. All in all, it was a good vacation, and we will most likely be back, will just not rent unit 104 again.
