Looking for an affordable home base for your Bend adventure? This comfortable, clean, and well-maintained condo offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy everything Bend has to offer at a significantly reduced price.
PLEASE NOTE: Exterior deck construction is currently underway. Construction takes place Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and does not occur on weekends. As a result, the private deck, grill, and private hot tub are unavailable during your stay. Views of the river are obstructed during construction with window protection and scaffolding.
The good news? No construction workers will enter the condo at any time, and guests still have convenient access to the resort's outdoor pool and hot tub, located just a short walk from the unit.
This condo is an ideal fit for guests who plan to spend their days exploring Bend's incredible summer activities—golf, hiking, mountain biking, floating the Deschutes, breweries, restaurants, concerts, and more—and are looking for a comfortable place to relax in the evenings.
To reflect the temporary construction impacts, rates have been reduced substantially, creating an excellent value for visitors who want to experience Bend during one of its most beautiful seasons.

The unit was super clean and comfortable. It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of the river every night. The kitchen was very well-appointed and the movie and game selection was awesome! The switch from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower in the master was very smart - maybe some new pics on the VRBO website to show the improvements would be helpful. We travel to Bend several times a year, and would absolutely return to this condo!! There were only two cons: there was no potato masher (a very minor con!); and there was construction all week - we arrived on Saturday, so had a peaceful morning/day on Sunday, but come Monday, it was not nearly as enjoyable to relax on the deck and enjoy the view/river. This will not be an issue when the construction is complete. The hot tub was great, but because of the excellent weather, we didn’t use it much. It would be amazing in cooler weather. Communication with the host was great.
