5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Tuscan Inspired Villa. Spacious open floor plan. Master on main with luxurious King size bed and sumptuous bedding. The master bath features a vintage style claw foot tub to spoil you, separate shower, plus double sinks with granite countertop. Large gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid commercial style appliances, separate island with breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, separate wine/beverage fridge, plus Butler's pantry. Kitchen is open to the dining area and adjoining Great Room which features solid wood beams on ceiling. Great room is perfect place to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or premium 55' flat screen TV. The quaint day bedroom just off the family room on the main floor sleeps two. Additional features include a covered veranda with tongue and groove ceiling, large courtyard and gas fireplace and a screened in veranda on the terrace level. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with King size beds with ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom with Queen size bed (which shares the bathroom and access with a king ensuite, or can access via screened in patio), and a large laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. Private, wooded lot yet walking distance to vineyard and only half mile from Le Vigne Restaurant and Winery.

The house was great! Nicely appointed, kitchen well stocked, the porches were wonderful, and the bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of towels and a great laundry room! It’s very convenient to the winery and downtown Dahlonega.

Great property and great location. We enjoyed the amenities and all the property had to offer. I do wish there were more items in the kitchen: baking sheets, non-stick spray, etc. as we cooked while we were there. However, a quick trip to the Dollar General proved successful. We would definitely return.
