This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful Condo. A great location in Palm Springs with secure covered parking and a pool just steps away from the unit. (Hardly anyone else used). Very nicely appointed two bedroom/bath with a great kitchen.

My husband and I were very happy staying at the Desert Rose Condo. It was a great location for us. Walking distance to many attractions, stores and restaurants. Fairly quiet with a great view of the mountains. Well maintained property. Hardly anyone used the pool in the courtyard next to unit so we felt like it was our own private pool. Well appointed condo with comfortable beds. We will be back.

This is a beautifully kept condo in a great neighbourhood. The home was spotless, comfortable and in a very convenient location. The grounds are very attractive and the pools are well-heated with lots of deck chairs available. J’ai was thoughtful (she left us a generous welcome basket) and always available. We had no issues with anything in the apartment. Our visit was cut short by the Covid-19 crisis which was a great disappointment, but we look forward to staying here again the next time we’re in Palm Springs. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was the best equipped one we have ever rented. Everything was provided- including a yummy welcome basket , coffee, spices, some condiments, laundry soap, shampoos and lotions, an abundance of towels, and even a pool noodle! J’ai was responsive to any questions or problems. The bedrooms are near a busy street so you might need a small fan if that bothers you. The complex is well cared for and very quiet. The pools were clean and we enjoyed them . This is a great place to stay.

Our stay was very comfortable. Condo looked just like the Homeaway site. It was clean and conveniently located. Outside grounds were well taken care. Never got to use the pools due to the cool weather but looked lovely. Only thing we had trouble w was the tv. New tv and new remote. Had difficulty figuring it out. All in all it was a nice visit to Palm Springs. Thank you.

This is a lovely property.My only disagreement with the excellent reviews is with those who talk about an easy walk to downtown. It is not an easy walk.We did it twice and it took us 45 minutes one way.In the heat,that's an enervating experience.

This was my second time renting this home. I really really enjoy this property. Spotless condo with upscale furnishings and design. All the necessary items within reach. Great welcome basket with goodies ! Sandstone Villas is a hidden gem in one of the most wonderful neighborhoods (The Mesa) of Palm Springs. Features multiple pools, barbeques, gym, game room etc., etc.. This is my favorite condo that I have rented throughout the years (including many in this complex) and I will be back again!

We want to thank J’ai for making our stay in her condo so lovely. The condo was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed with really nice linens. Bathrooms were spotless with fresh plush towels. A lovely gift basket with a bottle of wine and snacks was a special welcoming surprise. J’ai was available for a few questions we had, and was most accommodating in every way. We enjoyed the quiet complex and clean pool area. We would recommend this condo, and we hope to stay again. The location was near down town Palm Springs. Thank you for the details making this a great place.

Didn’t need or want for a thing during our stay. Morning coffee in the sun on the front balcony, plenty of pool supplies (large towels, plastic cups, etc.), and a comfortable livingroom space to relax in during the evenings. Our first trip to the desert after many years of dreaming of warm dry weather in December, coming from rain soaked Vancouver. We were delighted with "The Desert Rose" . Very attractive decorating ,comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Loved the golf at Indian Canyons, hiking nearby at Indian Canyon, and Joshua Tree. We enjoyed some home cooking at Elmers, nearby. Excellent coffee at "Koffi"

What an absolute gem of a place. We absolutely loved our time in your home. It's definitely a home from home. I wish we didn't have to leave. Palm Springs is my most favourite place on earth and made even more enjoyable having such a beautiful condo to stay in. Lovely neighbours too. I really hope you will let us stay again. Three of us stayed in the property and it was an excellent experience. Nice and quiet, full of all the amenities of home, very clean and neat. I would highly recommend this place to others ~ very close to downtown and easy to get to all the golf courses we played and some good restaurants we hadn't eaten at before!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay in January at Desert Rose condo @ Sandstone Villas. The condo is very clean and thoughtfully furnished with plenty of little extras (especially appreciated the bottle of wine and box of chocolates) - lovely & plentiful towels, comfortable bed, throw blankets, well-documented renter's 'bible'. The complex was quiet and within easy reach of our movie venues as well as Ralph's grocery store. Communications with manager were timely and helpful. Would recommend to friends and hope to return in the future. Good value for money.

Spent a week in the Palm Springs area with my family and found this lovely 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen, family room and bedrooms are very spacious and well cared for. Settling into the place, my wife and I really appreciated the attention to detail with the numerous amenities that were provided for our use. I came here with my family, it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived and thru-out the weekend spent there, we felt like we were at home. We love their full immaculate kitchen and outside BBq’s which give us the option to go out or stay in for our food needs. Our rooms are spacious and comfy with a flat screen tv, coffeemaker, microwave and full fridge …. The pool and spa (3 to be exact to choose from, where we spent most of our time) are the perfect temps, the bungalow actually overlooks one of the pools, and is just as relaxing just viewing it from the front porch amongst the stars at night. They also provided floats to relax in the pool with, which our kids loved. Their is also had a gym, tennis and basketball courts at the complex, although we were too busy relaxing to enjoy. The home was designed for a comfortable environment for guests… You can tell the owners really care and keep the place clean and tidy, with all amenities provided (cookware, etc.)! This is not your regular mediocre place to stay, if that’s what you’re looking for, just stay at a big chain hotel.. This is a charming, warm atmosphere where you can relax, unwind… Walk to the main drag strip to enjoy the nightlife, whatever you desire.….I highly recommend this cozy bungalow and again, thanks for a great weekend and we'll be returning again, maybe even without the kids :)!

Decided to go on a quick weekend getaway to Palm Springs and found the perfect location. This 2 bedroom Condo suited my family of 4 perfectly. Upon arrival, we had to walk past the pool, to enter the unit. I don't think I made it all the way up the stairs and half the family had already dived in... This was perfect, as I sat in the air conditioning to catch up on my novel, while the kids had a rip roaring time down in the pool! This is a very serine environment, and we had a great relaxing weekend. We're already planning our next stay...

My husband and I arrived tired from our road trip, but was quickly rejuvenated by a dip in the pool. The pool was right outside the door so it was hard to resist and the water was so warm it I didn't want to get out! The owners had a welcome gift waiting for us, which was a nice touch. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were on vacation. This was our first outing in a condo verses a hotel and we will never go the hotel route again! We had over a 1000 square feet for way less than we've paid for hotel rooms a quarter the size! The owners suggested we treat this place like our home away from home and that's just what it felt like. I thought because we were in a condo, we would save money and cook every night. No, no, no. Although, the condo is in a very quiet part of Palm Springs it is only walking distance from downtown and we found ourselves eating out more than we thought. There are some great restaurants in Palm Springs! Lulu's for breakfast, the KG's Streak House for dinner and on and on. My husband walked to the Indian Canyon golf course up the street daily - everything is so close. As for the condo, it was clean, fresh and new - beautifully furnished with a newly refurbished kitchen. We already put our bid in for next year.
