over all was good. Good location to everythingIt would have been nice to have a garden hose to wash off the sand on your feet.and beach chairs. Needs new furniture in living room it is wore out and dirty. But that is typical for rentals

If your looking to get away to simple living, this is it. Easy walk to the beach, great location. As advertised. What you see is what you get. It was perfect for our visit.Would love to come back and rent again.
