About this house rental
Western Decor and Quality Furnishings, a well appointed kitchen with all new appliances. Remote control flames on a large Kiva Style Fireplace in the Living room for the warm ambiance of a fire. Covered patio with lots of comfortable Patio Furniture to enjoy the warm winter sun of the Arizona Sonoran Desert. 2 Car Attached Garage with opener. High Vaulted Ceilings in the Living room and Master Bedroom. Double Vanities, a Large Tiled Shower and Jetted Spa Tub in the Master Bath. Guest Bedroom Suite is at the far end of the house providing a nice separation of sleeping areas for the comfort and privacy of guests. The 3rd Bedroom is a den with 2 large club chairs, ottoman, a large desk and Internet connection. The living room has a large TV Armoire with new 42" VIZIO Smart flat screen TV and BluRay DVD Player. Home has and Inside Utility Room with washer and dryer. Maximum Occupancy 4 adults

Perfect place for son in law to work from “home” while rest of family enjoyed time with grandma and grandpa. A quick 2 day trip to Sedona was fun for the adults. Kids activities in the valley were close enough and plentiful. Nice neighborhood which shows off Wickenburg’s charm!

Barbara was a very gracious host and her home is beautifully decorated. It is a lovely and comfortable home. The location is close to the best in Wickenburg. We arrived about 2 hours earlier than expected and Barbara did let us get in and put our groceries away. When we needed to contact Barbara, she responded quickly and did her best to help.
We would have to agree with several of the other reviews about the "equipment" in the kitchen. Pots and pans seemed a bit beat up (non-stick heavily scratched) and the knives were very dull. Luckily, there is a Goodwill nearby and bought some things we needed and a knife sharpener. If you're not into cooking much, it was adequate but my guy loves cooking and BBQ, so he needed some basics.
One other item that was very disappointing to us was the television issue. First there is just the (1) TV in the family room only, no other TVs in the Master or any other bedroom. In addition, it must be a digital antenna and although in perfect weather it might get 50 channels, we never got more that 5 - 7 at any given time. It was quite rainy and windy during our stay and we'd be watching a station but the wind or rain picked up and poof, that station no longer had a signal. Although, we reported this, every time we were told it was fixed, we still only had less than 10 channels and none of those were consistent. Again, marketing it as a Luxury Estate at this price point, we'd expect either cable, dish or satellite, plus an additional television in the Master.
These are easy fixes and we would definitely consider a return visit to Wickenburg, AZ. Barbara is very gracious and will definitely try her best to ensure your visit is great!
