Classic private cottage on the Trent-Severn River at the border of Muskoka & Severn Township. Just up from Sparrow Lake, and downriver from Trent-Severn Lock 42 and the warm waters of Lake Couchiching. Only 1.5 hours from Toronto!
Front and rear screened porches, plus an outside deck overlooking the river, lawns and private dock.
Take a spectacular boat trip from the front door to Georgian bay in only a couple of hours, or boat right to Casino Rama in under an hour! Or relax in the screened porch in between swims from the dock.
Only minutes by car or boat to dining and activities at resorts in Port Stanton, Gravenhurst, Severn, and Orillia.
For winter you're only minutes from snowmobile trails, 35 minutes from skiing at Horseshoe Valley, Mount St. Louis Moonstone & Hardwood Ski & Bike.

The renatl was easy. Was easy to communicate with the owner and she/he were very quick to respond with all of my questions.Location was easy to find. Absolutely beautiful there in the fall.Would definitely book this property again!
