About this house rental
Cozy home great for family entertaining, a couple wanting to get away or a business trip! We love the set up of the house with the master on one side and the guest rooms on the other with large Living Room in the middle for family time! The master bedroom has a newly remodeled bath and large closet. The other bedrooms share a bath and hall closet. Eat at the pub table or on the lanai and watch the birds and wildlife in the waterway adjoining the backyard! The home also has a pool table, poker table and board games for a little evening fun. The Living Room, master bedroom and both guest rooms have flat screen TV's with cable. The 3rd bedroom has a smart TV and with free WiFi you can watch Netflix ,Hulu, play games etc.
Both the BBQ grill and the kitchen are ready to make great meals. . Laundry is in the garage, along with beach and fishing equipment for your use. 1 large garage space and off street parking for your convenience.
We love Marina Town! There you will find dining, kayaking and fishing. There are several beaches nearby, including Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Cape Coral and Naples. Check out the website at https://www.leegov.com/parks/beaches We also love The Buddah! It's a local bar with live music, pool and darts! Go mini golfing at Smuggler's Cove. You can feed alligators!
From the beaches, nature sanctuaries and Zoo to the shopping and dining fun there is something for everyone!
We require a $350 deposit paid by check or paypal not through VRBO. This can be paid after booking by mailing a check to me, venmo, cash app or paypal.
We are pet friendly (with pet fee paid).
We rent with 3 day min., week +, month + and are willing to rent for up to 2 months at a time.
We hope you love the house as much as we do. It has a special place in our hearts. This is was not bought as a rental. It was my father's house and I rent it so that I can keep it. My family goes down there as well and we do have an owners closet and personal pictures and belongings there.
We try to leave condiments, canned veggies, etc in the kitchen. But, plan to get your own. Sometimes water and soda in fridge in garage. We try to have laundry soap, shampoo, tanning lotions, and other things you may not realize you need in the closet. Feel free to use them. Me and my 3 teens and my sister, brother in law and their 3 small kids under 9 spent a week here for Christmas and it was a great week. A very roomy and home feeling home with cute decor , lots of space and a great location that had very little traffic around it. Very laid back owner and property with so much space , pool table and poker table was a big hit with the teens. I personally loved the spacious and private back porch and the canal out back and the doggy doors!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. The highlight for us was the serene pond in the backyard, which attracted an array of wildlife. We enjoyed spotting Great Herons, squirrels, various waterfowl, and even had the exciting experience of seeing a small alligator. Another delightful surprise was picking a couple of fresh mangoes from the tree overhanging into the yard.
The yard is spacious and very well taken care of, adding to the overall charm of the property. The house itself is well equipped with everything we needed. The living areas are spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. We particularly loved the pool table and spending our mornings sitting in the lanai, sipping coffee and watching the birds. There's so much to enjoy on this property—it truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
