Summary:
This newly renovated house is just half a block from the beach and boardwalk. It is perfectly located one block south of Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach Waterpark.
The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming/staying with your parents or parents staying with your children, do not book without contacting me first as pricing and rules vary based on group! If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.
This newly renovated house is just half a block from the beach and boardwalk. This is set up as two adjoining two bedroom units, perfect for extended families who want to vacation together, but still have their own space.
Both units contain renovated kitchen areas, fully stocked with housewares, small appliances as well as their own refrigerators, dishwashers, and gas stove/oven. Both units also contain a completely renovated bathroom and each has its own living room area with television. The whole space is newly tiled throughout as well. There are mini-split air conditioning units, complete with a thermostat on each, for your comfort. And best of all, there are central adjoining doors in between, so you can open things up for interior pass through to spend time with family and friends, and close them for privacy as desired. For outdoor space, there is a spacious backyard made of stone, which has a barbeque, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower.
This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.
Pricing can vary based on the group renting so please contact us for more information. If you are a larger group, there is another unit right above these that can be rented in addition to this unit. If you are a really large group/extended family, we another multi-family house right next door so please inquire!

This is our second time at the Blaine Avenue property. Barbi is always so kind and helpful. We loved our stay once again.

The owner of this house was great with communication and so friendly. We rented the whole downstairs and it accommodated our fairly large group. Parking was a huge hassle but I'm a small town girl and am not used to that chaos. The people upstairs were extremely noisy into the early morning hours and that was very frustrating. It was difficult to block that out. Please note this is a pet friendly home. It seems as though the cleaners could have spent more time on the floors. Overall the space was good, the owner was great, the parking was a mess and the upstairs renters were very inconsiderate.

Cute little home owner Barbie was wonderful to deal with. All was there that was anticipated. Maybe the floors could have been a little better cleaned up lots of sand, I know I'm at the beach but just a thought for future in case for someone else. Over all good experience for my husband's weekend fishing trip for his 50th birthday
