This is a Florida style, beautiful vacation home, fully furnished and beautifully maintained. With spacious rooms for relaxing, the home is located on a double lot, in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy grilling out by the heated private pool, in the screened enclosure!
Central location: 90 minutes from Orlando (Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World), Tampa (Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Rays or Bucs), Ft. Myers. You can reach either Florida coast, Gulf or Atlantic beaches for a sunny day trip (Less then 2 hours away).
Local golfer's or fisherman's paradise! Highlands County offers over 13 golf courses and 80 named lakes! Only 2 miles away you can enjoy bike and walking paths at Highlands Hammock State Park or Lake Jackson.
Only 45 miles away you can take advantage of fishing and boating at the Bass Capital of the World (Lake Okeechobee). Take a relaxing canoe trip down the Peace River, only 30 minutes away.

we picked this property because of the pool...we were disappointed that the pool had not been made ready...the heater had not been turned on, & the pool had not been cleaned...the host was there on check in day(Monday), & started the process of opening the pool...we could only use the pool 2 of our 5 day stay...the pool area is in disrepair...the house was comfortable...plenty of room...working appliances, & good AC...the bathrooms need a good scrub down...

My husband, daughter, son in law and myself came to visit my grandmother as we do every year. It was a welcoming home and easy to find. We don’t have any complaints rather than a suggestion for softer beds for the 2nd bedroom. Kids said they were too hard. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Pool was very warm and inviting as well.

Great house with a private pool. Has all the amenities you might need. Very easy to check in and when I had a question, there was a quick response. We would just recommend a little update to the bathrooms.
