We stayed at Vista Del Mar for a family trip and it was such a great spot. The house is huge, plenty of space for everyone, and the views from the balcony are amazing. The pool was a favorite for the kids, and being right on the beach made it super easy to go back and forth without having to pack up the car. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home, and there were also good restaurants close by. A couple little things could use updating, but overall it was clean, comfortable, and made for a really relaxing vacation. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a really amazing property. It easily accommodated my family of 18. There was room for everyone. The open concept living/dining room was great for family gatherings while the many rooms and bonus spaces allowed for time apart. The garage fit all 4 of our vehicles including my 12 passenger van. The home had everything we needed! The location is perfect. The pool was perfect for our children as it was shallow, enclosed/private, and visible from multiple parts of the home. The views are absolutely spectacular and there are multiple places/balconies to enjoy them. The master suite is gorgeous and is like a separate private vacation space.
I did note a few maintenance issues with the property. The master suite AC was out and had a portable AC in the room. It wasn't really large enough to cool the entire suite and it tended to be warm/hot. The loft also had a portable AC that really couldn't keep up with the daytime temps. Not what I expected for a rental at this level. A crew showed up while we were checking out to fix the AC. There also seems to be some areas of water damage around some of the windows and ceiling. I hope these issues are addressed because over all the property really is amazing. I will absolutely stay here again.

The location was great!! There was plenty of space for 9 adults and 9 kids however there was not enough cookware, towels, washcloths for 18 people. I did call and text about a few things when we 1st got there on Saturday but did not get through to the manager until Tuesday. She did get us plenty of towels, wash cloths, oven mitts, etc. to accommodate the amount of people we had and sent a handyman out to fix the sink that was leaking, the toilet that wouldn't stop running, the door that would not shut, replace the outlets in the 2nd floor bathroom, but never fixed the 3rd floor electric problem. He did run an extension cord so the girls could have a fan because it was really hot and stuffy up there. The pool was not clean when we got there, and they did not come on Friday to clean it. We had a storm that came through on Wednesday night into Thursday and I sent a video of the ceiling leaking in the sitting area off of the kitchen and no one responded. The house has a lot of potential but it's just a rental that in my opinion not maintained. The walkway from the house to the beach is so overgrown with weeds that you can't really see the palm trees and you hope you don't get your eye poked out as you make your way to the beach. The pictures that are online are when they had purchased it or had it up for sale so don't expect it to look like that. The cushions on the couches are ripped from the back of the couch upstairs in the living room and down in the basement. Also, the "Bedroom" next to the kitchen/half bath on the 1st floor does have glass doors with a crank curtain that is a pain to get up and down. Would not recommend that room for adults. The house is close to a public beach access entrance, so we did have to go out early every morning and set our chairs up to get the area behind the house. For me personally I think it is way overpriced for the condition that it is in.
