Set on 8.5 serene acres just minutes from downtown Sisters, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,200 sq. ft. custom lodge delivers an unmatched combination of total seclusion and resort-style amenities. Whether you're planning a multi-family escape, a friends' retreat, or a romantic getaway, Aspen Meadow Lodge is designed for up to 8 guests who want the very best of Oregon — without sharing it with anyone else.

• Private Pickleball Court: Tucked into a sun-dappled grove of towering ponderosas and graceful aspens right behind the barn — ready for friendly competition any time of day.
• Creekfront Oasis: A beautifully lit, manicured trail winds down to 1,500 feet of private Whychus Creek frontage. In summer, cast a fly rod (bring your 3-weight!), cool off in the shallows, or sink into an Adirondack chair and watch the evening light fade over the water. In July and August, ask us about arranging custom in-creek seating for a one-of-a-kind creekside Happy Hour.
• Conservation Legacy: In partnership with PGE and the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife, we've helped plant nearly 16,000 steelhead smolt to restore this stretch of Whychus Creek for future generations. Your stay is part of that story.
• Luxury Deck & Hot Tub: Soak in the 6-person hot tub under the stars, rinse off in the custom outdoor shower built around a living ponderosa pine (available late spring through fall), or fire up the large gas grill for an al fresco feast.

• Master King Suite (Main Floor): Spacious and serene, with a private en-suite bath and direct hot tub access from the bedroom.
• Two Queen Bedrooms (Main Floor): Bright, comfortable rooms that share a well-appointed full bath — ideal for kids, siblings, or close friends.
• Lower-Level Queen Suite: A fully private retreat with its own full bathroom, direct outdoor access, and a large secondary living room featuring a 70" TV — perfect for movie nights, sports, or when you need a little breathing room.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware, quality utensils, and everything you need to cook a proper meal or host a dinner party in style. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with an extra leaf to expand. Whether it's a lazy pancake breakfast or a celebratory dinner, this kitchen is up to the task.
★ FOUR SEASONS OF ADVENTURE — RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR ★
Spring & Summer: Fly fish or wade in Whychus Creek, play pickleball, explore Smith Rock State Park (30 min), hike into the Three Sisters Wilderness, or bike the Deschutes River Trail. Sisters, Oregon is a hub for world-class outdoor recreation, and the lodge is your perfect basecamp.
Fall: The aspens on the property turn a brilliant gold. Walk the Hoodoo Meadows trail system, visit the McKenzie Pass lava fields before they close for winter, or simply sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the leaves drift down.
Winter: Ski or snowshoe at Hoodoo Ski Area (30 min), or drive to Bend for Mt. Bachelor (50-55 min). Come home to a crackling fireplace, a hot tub soak, and zero crowds. Sisters in winter is a genuinely underrated experience.
Year-Round in Sisters: Walk to the famous Sisters Bakery for morning pastries, explore the weekly outdoor market, browse the eclectic galleries and Western-style boutiques, or grab dinner at one of the town's beloved local restaurants. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all 8.5 acres of the property. (The detached barn/workshop and four owner storage closets are locked and not included in the rental.) The lodge is self-check-in with detailed arrival instructions provided in advance.

Incredible property. We loved playing in the creek, playing pickleball and relaxing on the porch. Great proximity to Sisters and loads of outdoor activities, hikes etc. Can’t wait to return!

My mountain biking buddies and I just had our 3rd annual stay at this great house on Whychus Creek - after hitting the trails all day we love to come home to the various on-property activities (pickleball, cornhole, horseshoes, ping pong, foosball, etc.), the fully-stocked kitchen, hot tub... it's also a great spot to relax and retreat. We're looking forward to another stay next year!
