Surfside Resort is located next to the Seascape Resort and right across the street from beautiful the Gulf of Mexico! The sky bridge connects you directly from the pool area to the sugar white beach. Located just down the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a variety of many different restaurants and Bars. Surfside offers a large pool on the second floor, a children’s pool, two whirlpools, as well as pool side showers. With plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a Tiki Hut that is open during the season, this a great place to relax and soak up the sun! For those guests looking for more activities to do during the day, Surfside offers two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and a fitness center. Surfside is also located right next door to the Seascape Golf Center, very convenient for golf lovers! Sport fishing is just minutes down the street at the Destin Harbor with some of the best fishing around. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo unit was great, location was great, and everything about the overall stay was wonderful. The communication with the property manager was great and all questions were answered in a very timely manner, day or night.

The location of this property was great! Loved the walking bridge right to the beach. The beach chairs were a HUGE bonus. The condo was clean and the view was perfection. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Some recommendations - 1) The huge glass table pushed up against the wall is a major waste of space. Could be utilized as a larger living space or where the pull out bed could go. 2) The appliances function, but were quite small. A larger toaster and coffee pot would be a huge upgrade. 3) The outdoor furniture is the biggest let down. The view is spectacular and then there is cheap, cheesy furniture. Would recommend a high top table and chairs to be able to see the gorgeous view and a couple loungers to relax. We would come back, but would love some upgrades!
