Stone-built farmhouse that has recently been restored with great care and is situated in the hills approximately three kiliometers from Cortona.
The property is situated in a well reserved country place but not remote, very near to all necessity. The Villa is divided into two floors and there are five bedrooms, large living-room with fireplace, three bathrooms, large dining-area and two kitchens.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning
The outside private garden of 5000 m2 is all recinted with olive trees, vineyards and spacious lawns.
The panoramic pool, inside the property and fenced, is located near the house with a exclusive and fantastic view on historic town of Cortona.

Wow!!!. I wish there was some way to rate this property with more than 5 stars. Everything was exceptional! The restored centuries-old farmhouse was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Very well apportioned. The grounds were private and engaging. The location (just minutes’ drive from the historical Cortona city center) was ideal. The hosts were charming and communicative - struck a perfect balance between being available and responsive, yet respectful of our privacy. Thank you Stefania and Luigi!!!Best VRBO rental for us by far (20 years of rental experience)!

Very nice house well appointed updated air conditioning in every room nice pool big yard for kids very nice place to stay for a family vacation. Everyone had their own bed. We had 12 in our group. We stayed a month and it was fantastic.

We (3 adults and 4 children) have spent wonderful summer holidays at Villa Stefania. All our expectations have been exceeded. Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and very tidy villa. And most importantly, Stefania and Luigi are absolutely loveable hosts/landlords. We would always come back if possible! (Camilla and Markus from London)
