The host was awesome providing an easy to follow check-in/check-out sheet during our amazing Waterfront Vacation Stay...always readily available with info when needed.We truly enjoyed an incredible view of the water with different birds (mostly pelicans) feeding and an occasional dolphin! Watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck was the highlight of every day!Perfect property location for our family gatherings even enjoyed the pool in November! A well stocked kitchen providing necessary items for preparing and serving our meals...Overall, looking forward to a return trip!

Everything was great, the only negative was the pool water was somewhat dirty and clouded. I reported that to the property manager and was told the pump wasn't working , but the pool was tested and was safe to swim in.

Only 3-4 spoons for our group of 9. The host was very unresponsive- almost always unavailable. This was our biggest complain. The living room was short of seating for a group of 10 if you wanted to watch tv in evening. The house was nice and the view very nice. The house was clean when we checked in.
