Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Pets

Amazing view. Easy check in. Well appointed kitchen. A/C is noisy but works great. Furnishings really need updating, stained, water marks, out dated, linens were old. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Easy checkin, great location , large balcony. Condo is well stocked kitchen . Bathroom toilet needs to be secured as it moves when in use. Shower prices lukewarm water temp so no hot showers and A/C unit makes more noise than usual especially at night. Otherwise a decent condo . Ilikai is well located to beach , Ala Moana mall and other venues.

The Ilikai is a terrific location! Being close to the beach, the Ala Moana mall, and Waikiki restaurants makes it a great place to stay. A view of the Friday fireworks is a bonus. The furnishings are showing wear, but the bed is comfortable.

We were on 20th floor. Some days elevators completely out of service. We r elderly and had to climb 20 flights of stairs on multiple days. We r requesting compensation. Please call me at 408-210 2056.
